We are seeking a Coordinator, Family & Community Engagement who wants to:

What You’ll Do

▶ Develop and carry out outreach plans that engage families in school and community activities
▶ Coordinate events, educational programs, and parent engagement activities
▶ Build relationships with community organizations and local partners
▶ Support marketing, awareness campaigns, presentations, and community events
▶ Maintain a welcoming Parent Resource Center and connect families with helpful resources
▶ Identify parent needs through outreach, phone calls, and community engagement
▶ Support language access, confidentiality, HIPAA, and Premier’s quality initiatives

Qualifications

▶ Associate or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare education, health education, nutrition, public health, community health, health sciences, human services, or a related field—or commensurate experience
▶ Strong written and verbal communication skills
▶ Ability to build relationships with diverse communities
▶ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital platforms
▶ Bilingual skills preferred
▶ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
