Temporary Orthodontic Assistant
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Orthodontic Assistant to support orthodontic practices on temporary assignments. The assistant will work alongside the orthodontist and clinical team to provide efficient, compassionate patient care while adapting quickly to each practice’s procedures and workflow.
Responsibilities may include preparing patients and treatment rooms, assisting with orthodontic procedures, taking digital scans or impressions, changing wires and elastics as permitted, sterilizing instruments, documenting treatment, and providing patient education. Candidates should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, reliable transportation, and the ability to work confidently in a variety of practice environments.
Previous orthodontic assisting experience and all state-required certifications are required.

CompensationThe base pay range for this role is $28 – $35 per hour.
