Description
Spartanburg Methodist College invites applications for a part-time adjunct instructor in Mathematics. The successful candidate will teach in-person Math courses. A Master's degree in a math-related field or a related Master's degree with 18 graduate hours in mathematics is required. College teaching experience in Mathematics is preferred.
Contracts for this position may be renewed on a semester-by-semester basis pending enrollment, instructor availability, and student success. In order to be considered, applicants should provide a cover letter, curriculum vitae, and unofficial graduate transcripts. Candidates who are unable to instruct these courses in-person will not be considered.

Since its founding as the first co-op school in the nation, SMC has remained dedicated to its mission to connect education and employment. After over 100 years as an Associate Degree granting institution, the college launched its first bachelor’s degree in 2019.
