Job Description:

GDIT is seeking a Resource Manager supporting the US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) and the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) and its subordinate command's, contract requirements. We are looking for a talented and experienced candidate who will be part of the Program Management Organization (PMO) on a large complex global enterprise operations and support contract and assist the Program Manager with the day-to-day performance of scope, schedule, and cost, under the program. The position will drive operational and execution excellence and partner with the Program Manager, Operations Manager, Project Managers, and functional support staff to achieve program success.

RESPONSIBILITIES - MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT:
  • Oversees all activities between customer, recruiting, security, subcontracts, and human resources in staffing of personnel.
  • Leads team member communications and engagement strategy, including building on and refreshing the approach to expand reach into key internal audiences.
  • Serves as the contract's primary point of contact (POC) with close support for all onboarding and offboarding of personnel.
  • Coordinates with subcontractor staffing POCs.
  • Coordinates with Government security POCs, GDIT security officers, and GDIT recruiting to complete new employee paperwork and security paperwork according to Government and GDIT policy.
  • Tracks and reports on Government-mandated annual compliance training.
  • Provides allocation and coordination of resources, working with the program team and hiring managers to understand upcoming resourcing needs.
  • Manages a team of resource analysts.


QUALIFICATIONS - WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 15+ years of relevant experience
Active Secret Clearance

The likely salary range for this position is $148,750 - $201,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
