- Develop scalable, high-performance reactive APIs using Spring Boot WebFlux, ensuring low latency and efficient asynchronous processing.
- Design and implement event-driven architectures using patterns such as CQRS and Event Sourcing, supported by Apache Kafka or Redpanda.
- Optimize non-blocking I/O operations through Project Reactor and functional programming techniques.
- Build resilient and fault-tolerant microservices using patterns and technologies such as Circuit Breaker, Resilience4j, Retry, and Dead Letter Queues.
- Develop and integrate solutions using reactive databases, including MongoDB Reactive Streams and R2DBC.
- Integrate heterogeneous systems through SOAP, REST, and gRPC while maintaining well-defined contracts using OpenAPI and Protocol Buffers.
- Apply software engineering best practices including Clean Code, SOLID, Domain-Driven Design, automated testing, and maintainable architecture.
- Develop automated tests using tools such as JUnit, TestContainers, and MockWebServer.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to build and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and related practices.
- Contribute to the design and evolution of distributed systems, messaging architectures, and production-grade cloud applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Solid professional experience with Java and Spring Boot WebFlux, including Project Reactor and reactive programming with Mono and Flux.
- Strong understanding of functional programming principles and Java Functional APIs.
- Strong academic and practical foundation in algorithms, data structures, and algorithm optimization.
- Advanced knowledge of Apache Kafka, including producers, consumers, Kafka Streams, and Schema Registry, or equivalent experience with Redpanda.
- Strong knowledge of data structures such as lists, graphs, and immutable structures, combined with advanced algorithmic skills.
- Experience with reactive databases such as R2DBC and Reactive MongoDB, as well as SQL databases including PostgreSQL, indexing, and query planning.
- Experience with distributed architectures and patterns such as Saga and Outbox, along with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ or Pulsar.
- Proficiency in Java 17+ and modern language features such as Records, Pattern Matching, and Virtual Threads.
- Experience with development tools and libraries such as Lombok and MapStruct.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or GCP, as well as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with observability technologies such as OpenTelemetry and Micrometer.
- Experience with structured logging and monitoring platforms such as ELK and Grafana Loki.
- Strong problem-solving skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and DevOps teams.
