Team Leader in Gahanna, Ohio at Hill FH Holdings LLC

We're looking for motivated, dependable Shift Leaders to help lead our team and deliver an outstanding guest experience. As a Shift Leader, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant by motivating crew members, maintaining high food quality and safety standards, and ensuring every guest receives fast, friendly service.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and enjoys developing others. Responsibilities include supervising team members during shifts, assigning tasks, coaching and training employees, handling customer concerns, managing cash and register operations, completing opening and closing procedures, monitoring inventory, and ensuring the restaurant is clean, organized, and operating efficiently. You'll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to build a positive team culture while meeting operational goals and maintaining the high standards that Firehouse Subs is known for.

Successful candidates are reliable, have strong communication and leadership skills, can multitask under pressure, and are committed to providing exceptional service to both guests and team members. Previous restaurant or leadership experience is preferred, but a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are equally valued.

Pay Range: $14.00 - $16.50
