You will play a key role in shaping and driving enterprise-wide organic growth strategy across a complex, multi-product portfolio in the digital health space.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and commercial growth, turning insight into clear priorities that unlock cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
You will be responsible for connecting product, marketing, and customer intelligence into a unified growth narrative that informs executive decision-making.
The position requires strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business direction.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across product, marketing, and regional teams to align priorities and accelerate portfolio-level growth.
This is a highly influential role where your insights directly shape strategic planning, governance forums, and leadership discussions.
You will contribute to building a more integrated, insight-led approach to growth across a global healthcare technology organization.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and maintain the enterprise organic growth strategy aligned with the broader product and commercial portfolio.
  • Identify and prioritize cross-sell, upsell, and expansion opportunities across multiple products and customer segments.
  • Analyze customer, product, and market data to uncover growth opportunities and translate them into strategic priorities.
  • Produce and own recurring insight reports that highlight trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions for leadership.
  • Create a consistent “insight-to-strategy-to-priority” narrative that supports decision-making at executive level.
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to align value propositions and ensure coherent portfolio messaging.
  • Support governance forums such as Product Council and Marketing Council by framing opportunities and prioritization inputs.
  • Contribute to investor-facing and leadership storytelling by articulating how organic growth strategies drive long-term value.
Requirements:
  • 5–7+ years of experience in strategy, growth strategy, commercial strategy, product strategy, or GTM roles.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into clear, structured strategic recommendations.
  • Experience working across product, marketing, commercial, and customer-facing teams in complex organizations.
  • Proven ability to identify and prioritize cross-sell, upsell, or expansion opportunities within a portfolio environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leadership without direct authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build compelling strategic narratives.
  • Experience in SaaS, digital health, healthcare, or multi-product portfolio businesses is highly desirable.
  • Ability to synthesize large volumes of information into clear insights and actionable priorities.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of customer lifecycle and growth levers.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with senior strategy and growth roles.
  • Fully remote working flexibility within the United Kingdom.
  • Opportunity to shape enterprise-level growth strategy in a global digital health organization.
  • High-impact role with direct exposure to senior leadership and strategic decision-making forums.
  • Collaborative, cross-functional environment spanning product, marketing, and commercial teams.
  • Career development opportunities within a fast-evolving, innovation-driven organization.
  • Meaningful work contributing to improved health and wellbeing outcomes at scale.
