Ignite Education Solutions is hiring an ESL Teacher to work with school districts in the Ebensburg Area.

What are the duties and responsibilities?
- Instruction & Curriculum
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Integrate technology and instructional resources to enhance student learning.
- Assess student progress through assignments, assessments, and classroom participation.
- Provide timely feedback to students to support academic growth.
Classroom Management & Student Support
- Establish and maintain clear expectations for behavior and classroom routines.
- Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment.
- Support the academic, social, and emotional needs of students.
- Address student challenges through positive interventions and supports.
What are the required qualifications?
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Valid state teaching certification/license in relevant subject or grade level.
- Demonstrated knowledge of curriculum development and instructional strategies.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the classroom.
- Willingness to go through and pass the required clearances and training to ensure the safety and security of our children, including: mandated reporter training, a physical, and TB test. This can typically be accomplished within a
- Completed background check and clearance.
- Capacity for sitting, standing, walking, bending and stopping for long periods of time, as these happen throughout the eight-hour day.
