What You'll Expect
You’ll support the technology behind the casino floor — from gaming machines to network infrastructure. You’ll ensure Slots, HHR (Historical Horse Racing) machines, POS systems, surveillance, and other tech systems run smoothly, while working closely with vendors and internal teams.
What You'll Do
- Install, move, retire, and troubleshoot Slots and HHR Electronic Gaming Machines
- Set up and maintain Casino Management System (CMS) data and tools
- Support and maintain network infrastructure (routers, switches, access points, wiring)
- Install and support PCs, ticket redemption and ATM machines
- Maintain A/V equipment, TVs, sound systems, and media players
- Ensure functionality of security systems (surveillance, access control)
- Work with vendors and ensure regulatory compliance
- Document network layouts and configurations
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years in IT support or a related role
- Strong knowledge of networking and PC troubleshooting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and with teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a casino/hospitality environment is a plus
- Network certifications preferred
What We Require
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Gaming license
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in an active, variable environment
- Exposure to secondhand smoke and loud environments may occur
