What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the heartbeat of our warehouse operation — keeping things running smoothly, leading your team with energy, and making sure every order that goes out the door is packed with care and precision.

Day to day, you can expect to:
Lead and direct warehouse operations including processing deliveries and fulfilling orders
Champion safety, quality, and efficiency on the floor
Keep inventory accurate and organized using our systems and software
Maintain a clean, safe, and high-energy work environment
Make occasional local deliveries (valid driver's license required)
Be the go-to person who keeps standards high and morale even higher

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is:
Experienced – 3+ years in a warehouse setting (preferred)
Organized – You can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat
Reliable – Your team counts on you, and you never let them down
Physically ready – Some batteries exceed 90 lbs, so a moderate fitness level is important
Tech-savvy – Comfortable with inventory software and warehouse management systems
A team player – You lift others up just as much as you lift the product
Licensed – Valid driver's license required; forklift certification is a big plus!
