Job Description
Institutes of Health, a leading interdisciplinary rehabilitation organization specializing in chronic pain, post traumatic stress disorder, and brain injury treatment, is seeking a bilingual (English and Spanish) Speech Language Pathologist to join our Brain Injury Rehabilitation Program.
The Speech Language Pathologist will serve as an essential member of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing high quality care, improving patient outcomes, and creating a positive treatment experience.
The ideal candidate is compassionate, team oriented, and passionate about helping patients improve their communication, cognitive functioning, independence, and overall quality of life.

Requirements
*Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university program.
*Current, full, active, and unrestricted California Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
*Interest in working with adults with neurological disorders, cognitive dysfunction, and related communication needs.
*Experience in the evaluation and treatment of adult neuro and cognitive disorders is preferred; new graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
*Ability to provide individual and group cognitive rehabilitation services in both in-person and virtual settings.
*Strong verbal and written communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
*Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative clinical environment.
*Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are encouraged to apply. New graduates who are bilingual in Spanish and English are especially encouraged to apply.
