ORDER FULFILLMENT SPECIALIST (MON-FRI 7:30AM - 4:00PM in MEMPHIS, Tennessee at RADIANS INC

POSITION SUMMARY:

Radians, Inc. is seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting warehouse operations through order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and material handling activities. The ideal candidate will have experience operating material handling equipment, including a Cherry Picker/Order Picker or Reach Truck, and be committed to maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safety standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

· Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment.

· Generate and apply shipping labels and documentation.

· Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.

· Palletize products and stage shipments for outbound delivery.

· Audit picked orders to ensure accuracy and route completed orders for final processing.

· Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and inventory organization.

· Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

· Utilize RF scanning technology to track inventory and order movement.

· Support warehouse operations across multiple functional areas as needed.

· Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

· High school diploma or GED required.

· Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or assembly environment.

· Experience working effectively in a team-oriented environment.

· Ability to safely lift and move up to 40 pounds on a regular basis.

· Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

· Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.

· Working knowledge of basic mathematics and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to accurately read and interpret work orders, operating instructions, processing charts, and shipping documentation.

· Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred.

· Ability to package, weigh, measure, count, and prepare products for shipment or storage.

· Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools when required.

Physical Requirements

· Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift.

· Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 40 pounds regularly.

· Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and conditions.

· Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
