Wage - $20.25 - $21.25 per hourJob Duties:• Supervises team members to ensure primary and secondary duties are completed• Provides ongoing, specific direction to team members• Schedule shifts for staff members like team leaders, counter attendants• Maintain adequate level of inventory and minimize stock wastage.• Provide training to new employees• Responds to guest service complaints in a timely manner and resolve them• Perform same duties as workers supervised.• Must be available to work for any shifts (morning, afternoon, evening and night) including weekends and holidays• Assists the Restaurant Manager in driving sales and transactions during their shift• Ensures health and safety policies are followed during the shift including documentation and reporting of any work related injuries or accidents• Encourages an exciting and fun work environment while motivating team members to meet goals• Leads by example and demonstrates the importance of treating every team member and guest with respect•Works in compliance with the occupational health and safety legislation• Complies with and enforces all Tim Hortons operating standardsJob DescriptionJob Requirements:Completion of high school education is required.Knowledge of English language is required.Minimum one year of previous work experience required in a similar field.Must be prepared to work under pressure.How to apply:Please email me your resume at fortnelsontims@gmail.com Opportunity, flexibility and new challenges every day are just a few of the reasons you’ll be happy you came on board.
