Requirements: Previous experience managing a restaurant in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Extensive food and beverage knowledge, including the ability to recall ingredients, menu details, and pairings to support guests and team members. Strong leadership and coaching skills to motivate, train, and develop staff. Proficiency with restaurant management systems, including POS, inventory control, and reporting tools. Demonstrated ability to coordinate daily operations, including staffing, workflows, and service execution. Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards and the ability to enforce them consistently. Ability to manage labor costs, track performance metrics, and drive sales through effective execution. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with the team, resolve concerns, and maintain guest satisfaction.
