  • At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in administrative and financial management within a growing, complex, and multifaceted organization.
  • Strong expertise in business planning, financial analysis, budgeting, resource allocation, accounting, and financial management principles.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, management information systems, and relevant financial applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective processes, monitor performance, identify operational improvements, and translate financial information into practical recommendations.
  • Sound judgment, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to build productive relationships across functions.
  • Ability to work remotely while maintaining strong collaboration and responsiveness across geographically distributed teams.
Benefits
  • Base compensation of $115,000–$135,000, with additional compensation factors potentially affecting total compensation.
  • Fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States.
  • Occasional travel to campus locations in Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, and Washington, D.C., with advance notice.
  • Generous paid time off.
  • Medical and dental insurance coverage.
