About the Role:
The Records Coordinator is responsible for processing deposits, refunds, closing paperwork, data entry and filing
Responsibilities:
- Receive deposit checks and ensure they are compliant.
- Create closing paperwork for the sales team upon request.
- Process closing paperwork when they are received.
- Update the virtual and hard files.
- Update multiple database systems and excel sheets to ensure they have the most current up to date information.
- Scans, organizes and maintain the file system (both virtual and hard files) for franchisee documentation.
- Enter and update information in all systems accurately.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High-school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome, Database systems.
- Strong communication skills.
