Job Description
Soar Autism Center is seeking an experienced Clinical Director (BCBA), or Partner Clinician, to serve as a senior clinical leader for one to three of our centers. We specialize in the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a naturalistic, play-based approach to Applied Behavior Analysis for young children.
Compensation & Benefits
Base pay: $114,500.00 - $119,500.00/yearper year, plus an annual performance bonus of up to $5,000.
Sign-on bonus: up to $10,000, based on start date and location.
Additional bonus opportunity: up to $20,000 in additional annual compensation for achieving ESDM certification, with training costs covered by Soar.

A mentor passionate about raising the standard of Applied Behavior Analysis care through data-driven improvements.
What Youll Do
Serve as the senior clinical authority for assigned centers, setting a high bar for quality and consistency.
Coach and develop other BCBA professionals, Clinical Trainers, and Case Supervisors through regular observation and structured feedback.
Maintain approximately 10 billable hours per week to ensure strong fidelity and implementation of the ESDM
Partner closely with the Center Operations Director to align clinical and operational priorities.
Own key clinical quality metrics for your centers and use data to strengthen care.
What You Have
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.
Current LBA in Arizona.
At least 5 years of experience as a BCBA.
Significant experience delivering early intervention services and working with children ages 2-6.
A proven track record of coaching or developing other clinicians as a Clinical Director or senior leader.
