Operations & Client Success Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Operations & Client Success Manager based in Brazil.

This is a strategic, client-facing leadership role responsible for the full client experience after onboarding.
You will own relationships, retention, communication, and service delivery across multiple marketing initiatives.
The role combines client success with hands-on operations, process improvement, and team coordination.
You will build scalable systems, document workflows, and introduce automation to improve efficiency.
You will work closely with teams delivering Meta Ads, organic content, and production projects.
Success in this position requires strong commercial judgment, organization, ownership, and communication.
The role offers the opportunity to directly shape how a growing remote marketing operation serves its clients.

Accountabilities
  • Own client relationships from onboarding through renewal, acting as the primary point of contact and coordinating communication between clients and internal leadership.

  • Drive client success by monitoring campaign and content performance, identifying issues proactively, and coordinating teams to implement solutions.

  • Provide clients with regular reporting, updates, and clear visibility into performance, priorities, and progress.

  • Build trusted long-term relationships, manage expectations, handle challenging conversations, support retention, and identify potential upsell opportunities.

  • Create, document, and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures across service lines and operational workflows.

  • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable systems and automations using tools such as GoHighLevel and Slack.

  • Own onboarding workflows, project management processes, internal documentation, and accountability systems.

  • Build the operational infrastructure required to support continued business growth and consistent service delivery.

  • Manage and coordinate a distributed team, including specialists across CRM, executive support, social media, and video production.

  • As the operation grows, coordinate additional specialists such as Media Buyers, Creative Strategists, and Scriptwriters.

  • Set clear expectations, facilitate regular check-ins, monitor performance, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently maintained.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Agency Operations, Project Management, or a similar client-facing leadership position; marketing agency experience is strongly preferred.

  • Excellent written and spoken English, with confidence leading client meetings, presenting updates, managing expectations, and navigating difficult conversations.

  • Strong relationship-management and commercial skills, with the ability to build trust, retain accounts, and recognize opportunities for growth.

  • Proven experience developing SOPs, implementing operational systems, and improving internal processes.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and competing priorities simultaneously.

  • Experience managing small remote teams while establishing accountability and maintaining performance standards.

  • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (HighLevel).

  • Experience managing or supporting Meta Ads campaigns.

  • Familiarity with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, or Asana.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with strong asynchronous communication practices.

  • High integrity, ownership mentality, reliability, and a strong commitment to delivering a high-quality client experience.

Benefits
  • Salary: USD $2,500–$3,000 per month.

  • Employment: Full-time independent contractor.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, aligned with PST working hours.

  • Location: 100% remote, with the opportunity to work from Brazil or other eligible LATAM countries.

  • Time off: Paid time off and U.S. holidays.

  • Opportunity to work in a strategic client-facing role within a growing digital marketing environment.

  • Opportunity to lead operational improvements, build scalable systems, and coordinate distributed teams.

  • Exposure to digital marketing operations across Meta Ads, organic content, and production projects.

  • Collaboration with international teams and clients.
