Requirements: Must be 16 or older Have Availability, including openings/closings and Fridays/Saturdays Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, and lift 40 pounds Ability to multi-task Ability to work quickly and efficiently Works well in a fast paced environment, has urgency Team oriented, adaptable, dependable, strong work ethic Have a positive attitude, and are coachable Ability to communicate effectively Treats others with honor, dignity and respect Must be comfortable in a kitchen environment Must be comfortable using Ipad and technology Service oriented Must submit to a background check In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.
