PROJECT COORDINATOR in Santa Cruz, California at MYNT SYSTEMS INC

Provide comprehensive administrative, compliance, and project support across construction & project management operations. The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining accurate project documentation, supporting procurement project buyout, and ensuring compliance with all prevailing wage labor requirements. Additionally, this role keeps project management software tools updated to enable Construction Operations Manager to focus on high-level execution, systems and implementation.

• Support tracking, maintaining, organizing, and executing all required prevailing wage, union, and regulatory compliance steps across the project lifecycle
• Support project management team by submitting timely purchase requests and communicating to the construction operations manager when sourcing would impact project plan
• Issue buyout package once vendors and pricing are finaled
• Collaborate with logistics for all buyout package material receiving
• Support accounts payable invoicing receipt, posting and job reconciling including all purchase order workflow requirements are met through project completion
• Remind team of outstanding tasks and due dates relating to buyout package and labor compliance
• Log field/compliance issues raised by PM and flag to COM if unresolved
• Flag missing time entries or inaccurate job codes for correction and report to COM
• Confirm receipt of certs from vendors and input into shared trackers
• Update inventory spreadsheets and follow up on missing entries
• Track and file all field reported documentation include safety reports
• Coordinate with Site Superintendents to distribute and verify mandatory jobsite signage
• Assemble closeout package and update inventory
• Respond to all external communications within a timely manner
• Model and reinforce MYNT's culture, policies, and ethical standards
• Handle confidential data professionally
