Salary Range: $105,000 - $135,000 /year (based on experience)

The JD Edwards Business Systems Analyst bridges the gap between business operations and technology. This hands-on role partners with stakeholders to analyze workflows, translate functional needs into scalable JDE solutions, and support reliable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis with JDE expertise to design system enhancements and communicate effectively across both business and technical teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand business processes, document current and future-state workflows, and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Facilitate business discussions, gather and analyze functional requirements, and translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
- Evaluate existing business processes and recommend scalable system improvements that increase efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve data quality.
- Serve as a liaison between business users, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Translate business requirements into accurate application specifications, collaborating with stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams.
- Design, create, implement, and maintain integrations between JDE and other systems with an API-first strategy.
- Understand complex EDI requirements and the process flow with EDI documents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems and errors with existing systems in a timely manner, following OMW/Department guidelines.
- Design, implement, and extend additional functionality to existing systems, refactoring where appropriate.
- Write stable, reusable code conforming to team coding style and standards.
- Balance multiple projects, manage daily workload, and prioritize tasks.
- Participate in peer code reviews and technical meetings, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate closely with business users, developers, QA, and project managers throughout solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Maintain communication with business stakeholders and project teams regarding project status, risks, and implementation timelines.
- Support QA, UAT, and integration testing efforts, including assisting business users during User Acceptance Testing.
- Conduct preliminary testing of applications as a crucial step in the deployment process.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience working with ERP systems, business systems analysis, system design, or application support.
- Strong experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne is highly desired.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional and technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of business process analysis, workflow documentation, and process improvement methodologies.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both technical and business audiences.
- Strong facilitation, business analysis, and requirements gathering skills.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP Certification or Project management experience
- Experience with JDE development tools (RDA, PDA, Orchestrator)
- Experience with Oracle WMS
- Experience with Supply chain processes and management.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud products (OCI, OIC and VBCS.)
Salary Range: $105,000 - $135,000 per year; candidate will be paid based on their work experience and skills. This is a full-time, on-site, exempt position based at our corporate office in Lodi, CA.
The base salary range reflects the reasonable expectation for what the company anticipates paying for this role at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will depend on factors including, but not limited to:
