Position SummaryRed Moon Marketing is seeking a full-time Field Marketing Representative to support our work with Brown-Forman in the Texas market, primarily in the Dallas area.
Reporting to and working closely with the Account Supervisor, the Field Marketing Representative will assist with the planning, coordination, execution, and reporting of experiential marketing programs and consumer-facing events.
This is a highly visible, hands-on position. Approximately 90% of assignments involve representing our clients at events, where the Field Marketing Representative will engage directly with consumers, educate them about client brands and programs, and, when applicable, support product sampling initiatives.
The successful candidate will be professional, outgoing, dependable, highly organized, and comfortable interacting with a high volume of consumers. The position requires an individual who can represent both Red Moon Marketing and our clients professionally while working effectively in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Account Support· Support the Account Supervisor in the day-to-day management and execution of client programs throughout the Texas market.
· Assist with client communications, project updates, scheduling, and coordination of program requirements.
· Develop a strong understanding of client brands, products, marketing objectives, and program expectations.
· Help identify and resolve operational issues quickly and professionally.
Consumer Engagement & Brand Representation· Serve as a professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic representative of Red Moon Marketing and its clients.
· Engage directly with consumers at events and activations to communicate brand messaging and program information.
· Educate consumers about client products and brands in an engaging and responsible manner.
· Support product sampling activities when included in an approved client program.
· Maintain exceptional standards of professionalism, appearance, communication, and customer service.
Event Planning & Execution· Support the Account Supervisor with the planning and execution of field marketing activations.
· Coordinate with venue and on-site contacts prior to events to confirm schedules, access, logistics, and program requirements.
· Assist with transportation, loading, unloading, setup, maintenance, and breakdown of marketing assets and equipment.
· Ensure activation areas remain organized, professional, properly branded, and consistent with client expectations.
· Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during live events.
· Help ensure events are executed safely, efficiently, on time, and according to established client and Red Moon Marketing standards.
Project Coordination· Collaborate with Red Moon Marketing's account, creative, production, operations, and other internal teams to support successful program execution.
· Track project details, deadlines, event schedules, inventory, and deliverables.
· Assist with coordinating marketing materials, branded assets, equipment, and other program resources.
Reporting & Documentation· Capture required event information, including attendance, consumer interactions, product distribution, photographs, and other key performance metrics.
· Assist with preparation of event recaps, client presentations, performance reports, and other program documentation.
· Provide timely and accurate post-event information to the Account Supervisor and other appropriate team members.
Market & Competitive Awareness· Maintain awareness of relevant market trends, competitive activity, consumer behavior, and local opportunities.
· Provide observations and field-level insights that may help improve future activations and client programs.
QualificationsRequired· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
· Minimum of one year of professional experience in marketing, communications, experiential marketing, events, promotions, or a related field.
· Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, client-focused approach.
· Comfortable initiating conversations and interacting face-to-face with a high volume of consumers.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
· Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a collaborative team.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and frequently changing event environment.
· Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record that meets Red Moon Marketing's requirements for operating company, leased, rented, or client vehicles.
· Willingness and ability to drive company-owned, leased, rented, or client vehicles, which may include branded trucks and vans, as required for assigned programs.
· Ability and willingness to travel and work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on client and event schedules.
Preferred· Previous experiential, event, field, or consumer marketing experience.
· Experience supporting beverage, consumer packaged goods, retail, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
· Experience working directly with clients, consumers, venues, vendors, or event partners.
· Experience with product sampling or consumer engagement programs.
Travel & ScheduleThis position is based primarily in the Dallas, Texas market and requires flexibility based on client activation schedules.
The typical schedule is Monday through Friday; however, evening, weekend, and holiday work are essential parts of the position and will be required based on event schedules. Travel throughout the assigned market and occasional travel outside the Dallas area may also be required.
Candidates who do not currently reside in the Dallas area must be willing to relocate prior to beginning employment.
Physical & Field RequirementsBecause this is a field-based experiential marketing position, the employee must be able to fulfil the physical requirements associated with event execution, with or without reasonable accommodation. These may include:
· Standing and walking for extended periods during events.
· Working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
· Assisting with event setup and breakdown.
· Loading, unloading, moving, and organizing event materials and marketing assets.
· Lifting, carrying, pushing, or moving materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
· Bending, reaching, and performing other physical activities associated with event setup and breakdown.
· Traveling by vehicle to and from event locations.
