Location: Las Vegas, NV
Salary: $40,000–$45,000 annually
Language Requirement: Bilingual English/Spanish required
We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Laundry Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of a busy laundromat in Las Vegas.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced laundry lead, laundry attendant, housekeeping supervisor, shift lead, or assistant manager who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role.
Direct laundromat management experience is not required. We are looking for someone who can lead a team, provide excellent customer service, stay organized, and keep daily operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day laundromat operations
- Supervise, support, and provide direction to laundry attendants
- Assist with employee scheduling and shift coverage
- Ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and welcoming
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
- Monitor washers, dryers, and other equipment and report maintenance needs
- Assist with basic equipment troubleshooting
- Handle cash, deposits, and daily operational reporting
- Monitor supplies and maintain appropriate inventory levels
- Ensure employees follow established policies and procedures
- Coordinate with vendors and maintenance providers as needed
- Help train and onboard new employees
- Step in and assist the team during busy periods
Experience in a commercial laundry, laundromat, hotel/casino laundry department, housekeeping department, dry cleaner, car wash, retail store, or similar operation is especially relevant.
Compensation$40,000–$45,000 annually, based on experience.

Requirements: Qualifications- Fluent/bilingual in English and Spanish is required
- Previous experience in laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, retail, customer service, or another service-based operation
- Previous lead, supervisor, assistant manager, or management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Comfortable supervising employees and addressing day-to-day performance concerns
- Customer-service focused and comfortable resolving customer issues
- Experience with cash handling and basic reporting
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a hands-on environment
- Flexible availability based on business needs
