Key Responsibilities
- Be at the heart of our fundraising success by managing gift processing, financial reconciliation, and donor records with accuracy and care.Help build meaningful donor relationships through timely acknowledgments, stewardship support, and exceptional service.Leverage data and reporting tools to provide insights, support campaigns, and ensure the integrity of donor information.Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for donors, community members, and partners, delivering outstanding customer servicePlay a key role in fundraising events and high-impact giving seasons, helping our team achieve its mission and goals.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of two or more years of college; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.At least one year of administrative assistant or coordinator experience.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a nonprofit, healthcare, social services, or mission-driven environment.
