This is a high-impact strategy and operations role supporting a fast-paced Deal Desk organization and helping improve sales execution at scale.
You will work at the intersection of Finance, Sales, Legal, Operations, and technology teams to optimize commercial processes.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of critical operational systems while solving complex analytical and commercial challenges.
The role is remote-first, with occasional travel for team, project, or customer meetings.

Accountabilities:
  • Support leadership in identifying, evaluating, and implementing AI-powered tools that modernize Deal Desk workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Facilitate automation and enhancement of internal tools through functional testing, issue identification, bug remediation, documentation, and monitoring of system outputs.
  • Support the ongoing development and maintenance of the global deal model, including troubleshooting, roadmap execution, specialized financial modeling, and documentation.
  • Manage and enhance reporting related to renewals, pricing, discounting, deal velocity, bottlenecks, and commercial trends, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Support the implementation and operationalization of global discount and commercial strategy programs across relevant systems and workflows.
  • Partner with Finance and Product teams to improve cost-data quality, maintain data hygiene, and serve as a key contact for day-to-day cost-data questions and issues.
  • Maintain dashboards and analytical tools that provide visibility into deal performance, sales-segment trends, discounting, and operational bottlenecks.
  • Develop and maintain enablement materials, Deal Playbooks, and other resources that help global sales teams navigate commercial processes effectively.
  • Collaborate with CRM, CPQ, and systems teams to track enhancements, manage updates, and ensure new products and configurations are incorporated accurately.
  • Work cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Legal, Operations, Product, and technology stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives and resolve operational challenges.
  • Analyze complex business and financial questions, develop data-driven recommendations, and communicate tradeoffs and solutions clearly to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to process improvements that increase deal velocity, strengthen data integrity, improve system reliability, and enable the Deal Desk organization to scale effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree plus at least 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Strategic Finance, Commercial Finance, Deal Desk, or a related analytical go-to-market function; candidates without a degree should have at least 5 years of relevant analytical experience.
  • Strong analytical and financial capabilities, with a solid understanding of core financial concepts and the ability to clearly explain financial implications and commercial tradeoffs.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including experience building financial models, logic-driven formulas, scenario analyses, and analytical tools.
  • Experience working with business and sales technology platforms such as Salesforce, Tableau, contract lifecycle management tools, JIRA, or similar systems.
  • Experience supporting discounting or commercial strategies within systems such as CPQ, Salesforce, Airtable, or comparable platforms is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and an interest in applying AI and automation to improve business workflows and operational processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex issues, identify root causes, and translate analysis into practical solutions.
  • Excellent project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, systems, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present analytical findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and business audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, Sales, Legal, Operations, Product, and technology teams.
  • A curious, action-oriented mindset and willingness to take ownership, learn new systems quickly, and contribute in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Experience managing internal or external stakeholder relationships and building alignment across teams is preferred.
  • The role is remote within the United States, but candidates cannot be hired in California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation, with location-dependent estimated salary ranges including $96,640–$120,800, $102,240–$127,800, or $113,600–$142,000 depending on geographic location.
  • Potential eligibility for equity participation and a corporate bonus plan.
  • Health care insurance and comprehensive employee benefits.
  • 401(k) retirement savings program.
  • Paid sick time and personal time off.
  • Paid parental leave and generous wellness and family-support programs.
  • Remote-first working environment with flexibility and opportunities for occasional in-person collaboration.
  • Opportunities to work on AI-enabled workflow transformation and high-impact commercial operations initiatives.
  • Professional growth opportunities within a global, collaborative, and technology-driven environment.
  • Occasional travel for project, team, or customer meetings.
