What You’ll Do

• Monitor the polymerization process and maintain production systems within established operating conditions.

• Safely shut down and restart polymerization process equipment.

• Identify, respond to, and troubleshoot process upsets.

• Perform routine area audits and communicate equipment or process concerns to supervisors.

• Maintain a clean and hygienic work area to help prevent product contamination or mislabeling.

• Follow established safety, quality, environmental, food safety, hygiene, and energy procedures.

• Communicate important process and production information to the incoming crew during shift changes.

• Participate in continuous improvement and plant safety initiatives.

• Report potential safety, quality, environmental, or production concerns to management.

What You Need

• High school diploma or GED required.

• 5+ years of previous manufacturing experience.

• Experience working in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing environment.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Ability to work a 12-hour swing/rotating shift schedule.
