This role sits at the center of a mission-driven digital transformation initiative supporting a large-scale government program focused on modernizing the Agent and Broker ecosystem. You will define and drive product vision while ensuring that secure, scalable, and user-centered solutions are delivered in alignment with regulatory and business needs. Acting as the key bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, you will translate complex requirements into actionable product roadmaps and well-defined user stories. The environment is highly collaborative and agile, requiring strong coordination across engineering, UX, QA, and compliance functions. You will play a critical role in shaping digital tools that streamline workflows, improve user experience, and ensure compliance with federal standards. This is a high-visibility position where your decisions directly influence product outcomes and operational effectiveness.

Accountabilities:

Serve as the primary Product Owner for Agent and Broker (AB) digital platforms, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical execution.
Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clarity of priorities, requirements, and delivery expectations.
Own and continuously refine the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements, user needs, and strategic objectives.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria are clearly defined and development-ready.
Translate complex business and federal regulatory requirements into actionable features for agile development teams.
Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and DevSecOps teams to ensure high-quality and timely product delivery.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and retrospectives in collaboration with Scrum teams.
Support release planning, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement based on user feedback and product performance.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in product management or product ownership roles within complex digital environments.
5+ years of experience in regulated industries such as insurance, healthcare, financial services, or government programs.
Proven experience working on agent and broker platforms, marketplaces, or similar ecosystem-based digital products.
Strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum required, SAFe preferred) and backlog/roadmap management.
Experience working in federal or government contracting environments with awareness of compliance requirements.
Strong ability to write detailed user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for technical teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
Solid understanding of system integrations, APIs, and enterprise digital platforms.
Analytical mindset with the ability to balance competing priorities in fast-paced, regulated environments.
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required, with residency in the Continental United States.
