Turndown Attendant
Location: Middleburg, VA
Status: Full Time

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a luxury hospitality environment and understand the importance of consistency, presentation, and service excellence. As a Turndown Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing guest rooms to the highest standards, ensuring every detail contributes to a relaxing and memorable stay.
The Turndown Attendant performs turndown service by cleaning guest rooms according to established quality and performance standards, ensuring a sufficient quantity of clean and inviting guest rooms.
Essential Job Functions:- Clean and reset guest bedroom and bathroom areas according to established standards and self-inspecting turndown program.
- Organize and stock cleaning cart/trolley and linen closets on assigned floors.
- Complete assigned paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Report any damages and discrepancies to the Housekeeping office and Housekeeping Supervisor.
In addition to essential functions, this position may require performing a combination of the following supportive functions:
- Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products to adhere to health standards.
- Assist with special guest requests and clean unexpected spills.
- Help other housekeeping employees maintain clean and organized work and public areas.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Ability to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear.
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to see differences in widths and lengths, such as those on graphs.
- Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computational ability is necessary.
