- Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of complex partnership agreements, including embedded services, reseller, referral, and channel partnerships.
- Provide strategic legal guidance on commercial transactions and enterprise-level SaaS agreements across international markets.
- Collaborate closely with partnerships, sales, finance, product, and other cross-functional teams to support business growth while mitigating legal and operational risks.
- Develop and enhance legal templates, negotiation playbooks, and scalable contracting processes for partnership activities.
- Support regional commercial operations within EMEA by reviewing and negotiating sales agreements when needed.
- Advise stakeholders on data protection considerations related to partnership structures and commercial arrangements.
- Deliver legal training and practical guidance to business teams to improve contract management and commercial decision-making.
- Apply a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach to negotiations while ensuring legal compliance and protecting business interests.
- Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and act as a strategic legal advisor in fast-moving business environments.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the legal function to support operational efficiency and scalability.
- Qualified legal professional with substantial experience in commercial law, partnerships, and technology-related agreements.
- Proven expertise negotiating embedded services, reseller, referral, and channel partnership agreements.
- Strong background supporting enterprise SaaS transactions and complex commercial negotiations.
- Excellent drafting skills with the ability to create clear, scalable, and commercially practical contractual frameworks.
- Strong understanding of GDPR and broader data protection principles; familiarity with U.S. privacy laws is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to balance legal risk with commercial priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills across international and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with distributed global teams.
- Experience supporting go-to-market, partnerships, or HR technology environments is considered beneficial.
