Summary

Better Collision Centers has been serving the Sumter area for nearly two years, and we're growing. We're looking for a Service Advisor who knows this job is about people, not paperwork.

This is a great opportunity for someone hungry to learn and ready to make an impact. If you've worked at a dealership and want to break into the collision industry, we want to talk to you. We'll teach you the rest.

The Role

You own the repair from keys to keys. From drop off to delivery, you're the person customers trust.

  • Build real relationships with customers and keep them informed throughout the repair
  • Write estimates, including for our Enterprise rental fleet partnership
  • Coordinate with technicians and keep production moving
  • Order parts and manage supplements
  • Handle authorizations and documentation
  • Deliver vehicles back to customers with confidence

What We're Looking For

  • Strong customer service background (dealership, hospitality, or automotive experience a plus)
  • A natural relationship builder
  • Clear communicator with customers and coworkers
  • Organized and able to juggle multiple repairs at once
  • Familiarity with CCC One or Mitchell is a plus, not required
  • Hungry to learn, grow, and build a career

Pay & Benefits

  • Base Wage: $42,000 to $55,000
  • Commission pay with a guaranteed monthly minimum (safety net), so you have a floor while you ramp
  • Weekly draw against commission, paid weekly
  • Performance bonuses for gross profit, customer satisfaction (CSI), and Kept Informed scores, up to 5% of monthly sales when all targets are hit
  • Up to 14 days PTO annually (available after 90 days, prorated in first year)

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Able to work in a fast paced shop environment
Requirements:

Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday: 7:30am to 5:30pm
