🕗 Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
🏢 In-office training for first 30 days, then hybrid schedule (in-office Tuesdays & Thursdays | remote Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays)
D2G Group is looking for a highly organized and driven Logistics Coordinator to support and optimize our domestic transportation operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has strong experience working with domestic freight carriers across LTL and TL transportation modes.
We’re looking for someone eager to learn, highly analytical, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with both carriers and internal teams. This person will become a key point of contact for freight-related operations and customer delivery support.

What You’ll DoServe as the subject matter expert for domestic LTL and TL transportation
Manage freight invoice processing and collaborate with 3rd-party audit partners to ensure accurate carrier payments
File, track, and dispute freight claims related to damages or service failures
Coordinate reverse logistics, customer returns, call tags, and carrier pickups
Act as the primary point of contact for freight carriers and internal customer service teams regarding shipment and delivery inquiries
Track and report transportation KPIs and carrier performance metrics
Assist with freight rate negotiations and carrier service agreements
Obtain freight quotes for large shipments and drop-ship vendors
Prepare monthly freight accrual reporting
Create shipping documentation and support day-to-day transportation operations
Partner with Distribution Center teams to reduce freight claims and improve delivery performance
Minimum 8 years of experience working with domestic freight carriers and transportation operations
Strong understanding of domestic freight rates, tariffs, LTL, TL, and parcel transportation
Experience handling freight claims and carrier disputes
Transportation Management System (TMS) experience required
Strong Microsoft Excel and general office software skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Highly organized with strong prioritization and multitasking skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, intelligent, and eager to contribute in a collaborative environment
Must be able to commute to our Fall River, MA facility
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred
High School Diploma or GED required
