• Build and maintain financial models related to commercial partnerships, AI product initiatives, ecosystem growth, and token economics.
• Support strategic decision-making by preparing financial analyses, board presentations, internal memos, and business performance reports.
• Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, financial performance, and ecosystem scalability.
• Oversee outsourced accounting activities, support budgeting and forecasting processes, and maintain accurate financial planning models.
• Coordinate treasury operations involving multi-signature wallets, on-chain and off-chain accounts, and broader financial infrastructure management.
• Partner with stakeholders on entity structuring, capital flow management, payment operations, and governance-related initiatives.
• Manage grant programs, fund disbursements, and operational processes while ensuring compliance and process optimization.
• Assess financial viability, commercial risks, pricing strategies, and deal structures for emerging AI and blockchain products.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Product, Business Operations, and Go-to-Market teams to solve cross-functional challenges and drive measurable business outcomes.

• 2–5 years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, corporate development, venture finance, startup operations, or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Understanding of blockchain technologies, AI ecosystems, financial products, tokenomics, treasury operations, and risk management principles.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, lean, and iterative environments with a proactive and hands-on mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage both strategic planning and tactical execution simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience working across multiple teams and navigating ambiguous or evolving business challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or another quantitative discipline.
• Advanced certifications or qualifications such as CFA, data analytics, or financial technology expertise are considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with Python or data science tools is a plus.
