We are seeking an Sr. Director, Offering Management in our CO, MN, NM or UK location(s).
In this role you will have oversight of our hardware and cloud platform offerings. You will work closely with your peers and team to deliver products that customers love and work for our business. This role includes the offering management of our cloud- based hardware offerings, our HaaS offerings, and Quantinuum Nexus offering. You will work closely with technical teams, other parts of the product organization, sales/business development, marketing finance, legal, and IT.
Key Responsibilities:- Defining our strategic direction of our products by synthesizing market data across multiple segments to set high level requirements on our future products.
- Own the platform roadmap by defining the generational products, looking out 10 years or more
- With your intimate knowledge of the market, construct offerings that meet both short term and long-term business needs
- Own the Profit portion of the P&L through gross margin, working with finance to provide a detailed financial forecast and then delivering on that forecast quarter-over-quarter. Identify levers for margin expansion.
- Grow the business by defining and providing new offerings, new products, and new ways to generate value for our customer.
- Grow our key strategic relationships by working with senior level leaders across key partners to find commercialization opportunities, opportunities for joint technology and product development, and GTM plans.
- Represent the business at internal and external events, bring inspiration and accessibility to Quatinuum’s products
- Have a tacit understanding of customer needs so you can be a champion for our customers, design product offerings of high value which meet their needs, and be able to articulate value propositions in terms customers will relate to
- Develop the strategy for growing the ecosystem and future users of the technology by expanding and designing our platform to meet user and developer needs.
- Along with your team, execute on strategic initiatives with tactical precision and reliability
- Master’s degree minimum
- Minimum 3+ years in offering management for quantum computing or deep tech field with experience in both hardware and software product offerings required
- Minimum 10+ years of experience
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, a demonstrated capability of being a confident and easy communicator that can translate very technical concepts into understandable, relatable information across multiple audiences.
- Experience managing a small but highly productive, global team with diverse product background. Experience influencing across an entire organization without having direct line-management relationships
- Experience balancing the player-coach aspect of the job, not being afraid to roll up your sleeves and take on projects while providing coaching and feedback to develop your team.
- Known to have an appetite for winning , eager to be inclusive and cooperate across functions to achieve business goals.
- Generating and articulating meaningful strategies across multiple levels
- Setting KPIs that align with strategic initiatives and have tactical resiliency to deliver on those KPIs
- Comfortable being courageous to tackle difficult issues and be willing to respectfully disagree regardless of title or position
- Comfortable with being demanding and setting a high bar. expect people to hit the mark while being encouraging and biggest advocate
- Comfortable navigating though ambiguity and finding solutions when there are seemingly conflicting and open-ended requirements and expectations.
- High leadership EQ: able to handle stressful situations without becoming rattled or short tempere
Compensation & Benefits:
Incentive eligible - Range posted is inclusive of bonus target
The pay range for this role is $260,000 – $325,000 annually. Actual compensation within this range may vary based on the candidate’s skills, educational background, professional experience, and unique qualifications for the role.
