- Define and execute annual market development plans to accelerate the adoption of innovative therapies in the French market.
- Collaborate with local and international commercial, marketing, and market development teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution.
- Identify barriers and opportunities within patient care pathways to improve therapy access and adoption.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key opinion leaders, scientific societies, and healthcare organizations.
- Develop performance dashboards and market analyses to support data-driven decision-making and track market growth initiatives.
- Support demand planning and forecasting activities in coordination with international teams.
- Drive field execution initiatives and ensure consistent implementation of strategic actions across the assigned territory.
- Represent the organization in interactions with healthcare professionals and stakeholders throughout the South-West region of France.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in healthcare marketing or market development within medical devices or pharmaceutical industries, or 10–15 years in a commercial sales role.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and market access dynamics.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects independently within matrix organizations.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and performance indicators.
- High level of adaptability, resilience, integrity, and collaborative spirit.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the South-West region of France.
