Senior Product Marketing Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager in the United States.

This role is a strategic, high-impact position focused on shaping how connectivity products are positioned, communicated, and adopted in a competitive global market. You will translate complex technical and data-driven capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with diverse buyer personas and enterprise customers. The role blends storytelling, market strategy, and sales enablement to ensure consistent messaging across global teams. You will act as a key voice of the customer, bringing market insights back into product and go-to-market strategy. In a highly collaborative environment, you will partner closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to drive product launches and commercial success. This is also a leadership role, with responsibility for mentoring and developing a small team while elevating overall product marketing excellence.

Accountabilities:
  • Define product positioning and messaging strategies that clearly articulate value across key market segments and buyer personas
  • Translate complex technical and data-driven product capabilities into clear, compelling, and differentiated narratives
  • Act as the voice of the customer by synthesizing market feedback, competitive insights, and sales input to inform strategy
  • Develop and refine customer personas to ensure messaging aligns with real-world needs and pain points
  • Lead the creation and optimization of sales enablement materials including battle cards, pitch decks, and messaging frameworks
  • Partner with Product and Sales teams to support high-impact product launches and go-to-market execution
  • Ensure consistent messaging across global teams and all external-facing content
  • Continuously improve and update product marketing and enablement assets to maintain relevance and effectiveness
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a small product marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation
  • Explore and integrate AI-driven tools and processes to enhance productivity and marketing effectiveness
Requirements:
  • 5–7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, ideally within B2B technology or telecommunications environments
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts or data into simple, persuasive, and audience-ready messaging
  • Experience in market segmentation, product positioning, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategy
  • Proven success in developing sales enablement content and supporting commercial teams
  • Demonstrated leadership or people management experience, including mentoring or managing direct reports
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to connect product capabilities to business outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling ability
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving and execution skills
  • Experience or interest in connectivity, telecom, or infrastructure technology is a plus
