Magnolia Companies is seeking experienced Residential HVAC Installers to join our Residential Service Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC systems while ensuring high-quality workmanship and delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates must be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently in both residential and light commercial environments.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems and related equipment.
- Diagnose system issues and perform necessary repairs and replacements.
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and customer service standards at all times.
- Meet productivity goals and performance expectations established by the company.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and overall service quality.
- Maintain proper truck stock and inventory within company guidelines.
- Keep company vehicle clean and follow scheduled maintenance requirements.
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and team members.
- Follow all company safety procedures and HVAC industry standards.
- Minimum 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience required (Installer level).
- HVAC Installation Apprentice candidates must demonstrate basic HVAC knowledge and willingness to learn.
- Current HVAC Journeyman License preferred.
- CFC Universal Certification required.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license required.
