About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Asbestos Attorney to join our growing and dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asbestos litigation, including corporate discovery, expert development, and trial preparation. You will oversee all aspects of asbestos exposure cases, from intake and discovery through settlement or verdict—and work closely with clients and co-counsel across multiple jurisdictions. This position is based in our Midtown Manhattan office.
You Will:
- Manage all phases of asbestos cases, including client meetings, discovery responses, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
- Conduct detailed research and analysis on asbestos exposure, corporate liability, product identification, and industry practices.
- Collaborate with experts in fields such as industrial hygiene, occupational medicine, and engineering to support causation and damages.
- Handle corporate and expert depositions, review document productions, and develop liability theories.
- Remain updated on the latest developments asbestos litigation, regulations, and scientific studies to provide the best legal counsel possible.
- Meet with clients and their families to document exposure history and ensure compassionate and comprehensive representation
You Have:
- Active license to practice in the State of New York (additional admissions a plus).
- 5+ years of experience practicing plaintiff-side asbestos litigation.
- Deep understanding of asbestos-related diseases, product identification, and exposure pathways.
- Proven success managing complex asbestos dockets and working with experts to build strong cases for trial.

Salary Range: $180,000-$200,000 per year
The quoted salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process. It is not a guaranteed minimum/maximum.
