This role sits within a high-performing service delivery environment focused on deploying and supporting private cloud and infrastructure solutions for enterprise clients. You will act as a key technical contributor, bridging implementation, support, and continuous improvement across client onboarding projects. The position combines hands-on troubleshooting, solution deployment, and client advisory responsibilities in complex infrastructure environments. You will also serve as an escalation point for technical analysts, helping resolve advanced issues while improving team capability through mentorship. A strong focus is placed on documentation, process quality, and consistent service delivery standards. This is a collaborative and fast-paced role where technical depth, ownership, and customer focus directly influence client success and operational excellence.
In this role, you will support end-to-end onboarding and technical delivery of private cloud and infrastructure solutions while ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction.
- Act as an escalation point for analysts, providing advanced troubleshooting guidance and documenting complex technical resolutions.
- Coordinate client onboarding projects, including scheduling, vendor coordination, implementation oversight, and quality assurance.
- Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure, endpoint, application, and configuration issues across client environments.
- Advise clients and internal teams on best practices, configuration standards, and infrastructure improvements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and detailed service records.
- Contribute to internal initiatives such as process improvement, technical guilds, and stewardship teams.
- Mentor junior analysts and support their technical development through structured knowledge sharing and coaching.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on technical experience in IT support and infrastructure environments, with strong troubleshooting ability and a collaborative mindset.
- 2–4 years of experience in a technical support, systems, or infrastructure-focused role.
- Strong knowledge of operating systems, endpoint management, networking, cloud, or related infrastructure technologies.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a structured and efficient manner.
- Experience working with service delivery processes, ticketing systems, and client-facing support.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Self-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Certifications or equivalent hands-on technical experience are preferred.
- Experience in financial services environments is a plus.
- Annual salary range: $85,000 – $90,000
