Job Description

Description:

About Boulder Imaging

For over 30 years, Boulder Imaging has engineered intelligent vision systems for the moments where precision isn't optional. Where the right call, made in milliseconds, protects a species, saves a product, or safeguards a critical inspection.

Our technology is at work across fifteen countries and six continents. IdentiFlight, our bird protection system, watches open skies and identifies bald eagles and protected species before a wind turbine can harm them. Vision Inspector products catch defects on manufacturing lines where the quality of the product is paramount. The work is technically demanding, the impact tangible, and the mission worth showing up for.

We believe in pushing the boundaries of what machine vision can achieve, and the most exciting applications are still ahead of us.

Requirements:

The Role

We’re looking for a passionate and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to be the operational backbone of a busy, multi-workstream marketing function. This is a generalist role: you’ll touch demand generation, events, social, and brand — often in the same week. The common thread is execution. You’ll keep projects on schedule, assets moving, vendors accountable, and details from slipping through the cracks while the team runs campaigns, builds the website, and shows up at major industry events.

If you’re the person who instinctively remembers the deadline everyone forgot, color-codes the calendar, and has a creative soul, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do

Project & Marketing Operations

  • Maintain the master marketing calendar and project trackers to keep owners, deadlines, and status visible across every active workstream
  • Coordinate timelines and hand-offs across campaigns, content, web, and event deliverables
  • Traffic creative and content assets through review and approval, managing versions and deadlines
  • Support HubSpot administration: list management, campaign setup, basic reporting, and data hygiene
  • Manage marketing vendors, contractors, and POs; track budgets and invoices

Demand Generation & ABM

  • Help execute account-based marketing programs: list building, campaign coordination, and follow-up tracking
  • Assist with email nurtures, landing pages, and lead routing
  • Pull and format performance reports for the team and leadership

Events & Field Marketing

  • Coordinate logistics for trade shows and field events (domestic and international): registration, booth shipping, collateral, giveaways, travel, and run-of-show
  • Build and maintain event timelines and checklists; keep all stakeholders on track
  • Support on-site execution and post-event follow-up

Digital & Social

  • Create, schedule, and publish social content; maintain the content calendar
  • Coordinate with internal contributors and external creators to keep the content pipeline full
  • Help proof, format, and organize content assets and the asset library

Brand

  • Act as a steward of the voice and face of the company, helping maintain brand standards across channels, materials, and regions
  • Contribute to brand messaging platforms, story arcs, and creative ideation that will scale across events, digital, and social touchpoints
  • Maintain brand and template libraries so the team always has the right, current assets at hand

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience (B2B, technology, energy, or related a plus)
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail — this is the most important qualification. You enjoy managing many moving pieces without dropping any
  • Strong project coordination skills; comfortable owning timelines and chasing down inputs
  • Clear, proactive communicator who keeps people informed
  • Hands-on with marketing tools (HubSpot experience a plus; willingness to learn required)
  • Solid writing and proofreading skills
  • Adaptable and calm under deadline pressure; comfortable in a small team where different hats are worn on different days
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent experience
  • Bonus points for having genuine interest in leading edge technology, conservation, and green energy

Why Join Us

You’ll work directly with the Director of Marketing on high-visibility programs, gain exposure across the entire marketing function, and help grow category-defining products that make a tangible difference in the world.

Benefits

  • FSA and HSA plans. Employer contribution to HSA
