  • Own quarterly planning and OKR processes across consumer-facing functions to ensure alignment and execution focus
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to unlock revenue growth
  • Partner with functional leaders to redesign workflows and operations, leveraging AI to improve speed, quality, and scalability
  • Drive decision-making frameworks and prioritization systems to ensure resources are allocated to highest ROI opportunities
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a highly strategic, analytical, and execution-oriented operator with experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments and a strong bias toward ownership and outcomes.

  • 10+ years of experience, including prior experience in management consulting, investment banking, and/or Strategy & Operations roles in high-growth companies
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering high-impact, end-to-end growth initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, unit economics, and performance analysis
  • Ability to operate as both a strategist and hands-on operator, comfortable moving between detail and big-picture thinking
  • Exceptional structured thinking, with the ability to simplify complex, ambiguous problems into clear frameworks and decisions
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across functions
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-moving environments with high ambiguity and competing priorities
  • AI-native mindset, with experience leveraging AI tools to redesign workflows, improve decision-making, and scale productivity
  • Strong business judgment, intellectual curiosity, and ability to rapidly learn new domains and business models
  • Track record of operating with urgency, ownership, and a strong bias for action
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from approximately $169,000 to $298,000 depending on experience and location
  • Eligibility for performance-based bonus and equity compensation
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Company-paid life insurance and disability coverage
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan
  • Flexible vacation policy with paid sick leave, compassion leave, and voting leave
