Job Description

Senior Paid Media Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager based in the United States.

This is a high-impact, globally connected role within a fast-paced B2B marketing environment, responsible for leading paid media execution across the Americas while aligning with a broader international strategy. You will own multi-channel demand generation programs spanning search, social, programmatic, and emerging media, ensuring every investment contributes to measurable pipeline and revenue growth. The role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, requiring both big-picture thinking and hands-on optimization. You will collaborate closely with regional marketing teams, global peers, and external partners to drive consistency, performance, and innovation. A strong focus is placed on experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement. This is a highly visible position where your insights will directly influence global marketing direction and investment strategy. The environment is collaborative, performance-oriented, and innovation-led.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and execute full-funnel paid media campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages, primarily for the Americas region while aligning with global priorities.
  • Manage and optimize a significant multi-million-dollar paid media budget with a strong focus on ROI, efficiency, and pipeline impact.
  • Translate global campaign strategies into region-specific paid media plans, adapting messaging, channels, and targeting to local market dynamics.
  • Drive performance reporting, forecasting, and KPI tracking across campaigns, ensuring clear visibility into results and business impact.
  • Build and execute continuous testing and optimization programs across audiences, creative, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including field marketing, product marketing, brand, and marketing operations to ensure integrated campaign execution.
  • Manage external agency and platform partners, ensuring accountability against performance goals and strategic objectives.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of B2B paid digital marketing experience, including senior-level ownership in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology environments.
  • Proven success managing large-scale paid media budgets and driving measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes, not just lead volume.
  • Deep hands-on expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SA360, with strong optimization and audience targeting skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience in attribution models, reporting tools (e.g., GA4, PowerBI), and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
  • Experience with programmatic and ABM platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, 6sense) and full-funnel campaign execution.
  • Highly developed experimentation mindset with structured A/B testing and performance-driven iteration.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex performance data into clear executive-level insights.
  • Ability to operate in a global marketing structure while adapting execution to regional needs and priorities.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $142,000 to $236,000 (U.S.), depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Bonus eligibility and comprehensive performance-based compensation package.
  • Remote-first work model with flexibility depending on role requirements.
  • Full healthcare coverage and employee wellbeing programs.
  • Access to global learning, development, and certification opportunities.
  • Paid time off, wellbeing days, and volunteer initiatives supporting community engagement.
  • Inclusive, collaborative culture with employee-led networks and global team initiatives.
