Day to Day

In the Clinic

• Run comprehensive PT evaluations and build individualized, evidence-based treatment plans covering gross motor development, strength, balance, coordination, gait, and functional mobility
• Design home exercise programs so gains carry over between visits
• Lead individual and group sessions, both in person and through teletherapy, based on authorization and need
• Loop in your Team Lead or Therapy Manager on treatment planning and tricky cases
• Keep kids, families, and the care team clearly updated on goals and progress

Leading Others

• Serve as clinical supervisor for PTAs as assigned
• Review and co-sign PTA documentation within two business days
• Mentor your team with real, constructive feedback that helps them grow

Paperwork That Doesn't Pile Up

• Clean, on-time, HIPAA-compliant documentation — notes, discharge summaries, progress reports, LMNs
• A system that keeps you organized instead of buried

What You'll Need

Must-Haves

• Current Arizona Physical Therapist License
• Clean driving record — no DUIs or suspensions
• Eligible for a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable with electronic documentation/billing systems

Nice-to-Haves

• Pediatric PT experience, especially neurodevelopmental or orthopedic
• Experience supervising Physical Therapist Assistants
• Outpatient or multidisciplinary clinic background
