Job Description

About College Of Adaptive Arts

College of Adaptive Arts (CAA) is a pioneering 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing a lifelong, inclusive college experience for adults with disabilities—many of whom have historically been excluded from higher education.

At CAA, students aren’t limited by age or traditional program timelines. They return term after term to continue learning, building skills, and pursuing meaningful personal and professional goals in a supportive, college-style environment.

More than just a program, CAA is a community that is reshaping how the world sees individuals with disabilities—empowering students to express themselves creatively, grow in confidence, and transform perceptions every day.

We are proud to be one of the first organizational models of our kind in the country, and we’re looking for team members who want to be part of something truly impactful.

  • Communicate clearly and consistently with all involved in the program
