Dayforce / ADP Workforce Now SME || Remote || Seattle, WA in Seattle, Washington at INFO ORIGIN INC

We are looking for an experienced Dayforce or ADP Workforce Now SME with strong hands-on experience in plan configuration, plan build, and file feed integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as SME for Dayforce or ADP Workforce Now.
• Configure and maintain HR, Benefits, and Payroll plans.
• Build and manage inbound/outbound file feeds.
• Work with 834 EDI, CSV, and other HR data files.
• Perform data mapping, validation, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Work with HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and external vendors.
• Support system enhancements and configuration changes.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, mappings, and integrations.

Required Skills:

• Strong Dayforce OR ADP Workforce Now experience.
• Hands-on plan configuration and plan build experience.
• HRIS/Benefits/Payroll experience.
• File feed and integration experience.
• Knowledge of 834 EDI and CSV files.
• Experience with data mapping, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred: Experience with both Dayforce and ADP Workforce Now, benefits administration, payroll integrations, and vendor interfaces.
