Job Description
Lifetime Dental Care is seeking a dependable, organized Sterilization and Inventory Technician to help keep our treatment rooms clean, stocked, and ready for patients. Your attention to detail will support patient safety and help our clinical team deliver excellent care.
Responsibilities
-Clean, package, sterilize, and organize dental instruments following office infection-control procedures.
-Complete sterilization monitoring and maintain accurate records.
-Turn over treatment rooms between patients, including cleaning and disinfecting surfaces and preparing the room for the next appointment.
-Stock treatment rooms and maintain consistent supply organization.
-Check rooms daily for cleanliness, readiness, and maintenance needs.
-Perform assigned routine equipment care and report repair needs promptly.
-Track inventory, check expiration dates, rotate supplies, and communicate ordering needs.
-Receive deliveries and organize supplies in designated storage areas.
-Keep sterilization and storage areas clean and orderly.
Qualifications
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Dependability, punctuality, and a commitment to patient safety.
-Ability to follow procedures and prioritize tasks in a busy dental office.
-A positive attitude and willingness to support the team.
-Comfort standing, moving throughout the office, and handling instruments and supplies.
-Dental or healthcare experience preferred.
