Program Manager – 340B in Brentwood, Tennessee at Nashville Pharmacy Services LLC

NPS Pharmacy and its affiliates are seeking a highly communicative, analytical, and proactive Program Manager – 340B to oversee monitoring, reporting, analytics, compliance support, and strategic optimization across a portfolio of 340B clients. This individual will support the client’s overall 340B portfolio, including maximizing covered entities’ individual 340B program. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and possess strong organization and interpersonal skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage ongoing account relationships and provide strategic oversight for assigned covered entities including, but not limited to, direction, oversight, daily support, and reporting for 340B programs and collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure precise execution and optimization of 340B programs

· Establish and facilitate internal 340B strategy workgroups and implementation initiatives

· Serve as key liaison between internal and external stakeholders (clients, nonprofits, payers, communities)

· Maintain subject matter expertise on Section 340B regulations, rulings, and proposed changes while assessing potential organizational impact of regulatory changes and ensure continuous compliance

· Conduct ongoing regulatory compliance reviews of covered entity 340B programs, including, but not limited to, contract arrangements, federal registrations and patient/provider eligibility

· Prepare and support covered entities during audits, including but not limited to, HRSA audits, manufacturer audits, independent audits, while monitoring workflow processes to ensure 340B compliance

· Examine diversion, duplicate discounts, Medicaid compliance and contract performance rates by providing dashboards (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and show value to clients

· Analyze purchasing records, pricing exclusions and drug shortages with clear documentation of utilization, savings, discrepancies, and risk areas as well as alternative product strategies when appropriate

· Prepare regular reporting and executive summaries for leadership and clients that identify operational inefficiencies and data-driven recommendations to maximize program ROI while maintaining compliance

· Provide 340B and compliance-related training to internal and external stakeholders

· Represent 340B Program Management at local, state, regional, and national 340B meetings and conferences

· Perform additional duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

· 3–5 years of project management experience

· 3–5 years working with federal 340B grantees (Ryan White, STD/STI, FQHC, DSH, ambulatory care clinics)

· 340B ACE (Apexus Certified Expert) certification within six months of hire date

· Experience supporting HIV-serving, public health, or LGBTQ+ nonprofits

· Strong strategic, analytical, and interpersonal skills

· Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation

· Willingness to develop foundational knowledge of LGBTQ+ health terminology and cultural competencies

· Preferred qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, public health, data analytics, public policy, or related field; Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, MMHC, or related field); PMP or similar certification; 5+ years of advanced experience working with the 340B Drug Pricing Program, Federal 340B grantees, HIV-serving or LGBTQ+ healthcare organizations; Experience with healthcare compliance, contract pharmacy administration platforms and split-billing systems; Bilingual (Spanish)
