Job Description

Product Manager (Feature Owner) Mobile

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager (Feature Owner) — Mobile based in France.

This role offers end-to-end ownership of mobile product features, from identifying problems and shaping solutions to launch, measurement, and continuous iteration.
You will work with engineering, design, QA, analytics, and product teams in a highly autonomous and collaborative environment.
The position combines strong product judgment with a practical understanding of mobile technology, user needs, and business objectives.
You will define how features should work, determine focused MVP scopes, and make informed trade-offs between impact, complexity, effort, and speed.
Data, competitor research, experimentation, and product references will help guide decisions and evaluate feature performance after launch.
You will also ensure that requirements, user flows, edge cases, and success metrics are clearly documented and actionable for delivery teams.
This is an opportunity for an experienced mobile product professional to have meaningful ownership and directly shape engaging digital experiences.

Accountabilities:
  • Own mobile product features end-to-end, covering discovery, problem definition, solution design, delivery, launch, performance analysis, and post-launch iteration.
  • Translate business objectives and product problems into clear, practical, and well-defined product solutions.
  • Define user flows, product states, requirements, constraints, edge cases, and other details needed to guide development and QA.
  • Evaluate alternative solutions by balancing expected impact, development effort, complexity, and time to market.
  • Define focused MVPs and manage scope effectively while preserving opportunities for future iteration and improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, QA, analytics, and other Product Managers throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Consider mobile client and backend technical constraints when defining and refining product solutions.
  • Establish success metrics before launch and use product data to evaluate feature performance and inform subsequent iterations.
  • Support product decisions with data analysis, competitor research, and relevant product references.
  • Prepare clear, structured product documentation that can be effectively understood and implemented by development and QA teams.
  • Manage changes, risks, dependencies, and delivery considerations throughout the feature lifecycle.
  • Work independently on open-ended product challenges and take ownership of decisions from initial concept through measurable outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bring hands-on product management experience with mobile products and a proven track record of owning features through launch and post-launch iteration.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently on ambiguous, open-ended product problems without relying on fully defined requirements.
  • Possess strong product judgment and the ability to make pragmatic trade-offs between customer value, scope, complexity, development effort, and speed.
  • Have a solid understanding of mobile development and the interaction between mobile clients and backend systems.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and confidence working with product metrics to evaluate performance and guide decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, QA, and Analytics.
  • Have strong product documentation skills, structured thinking, and a high level of ownership and autonomy.
  • Be fluent in Russian and have an intermediate or higher level of English.
  • Experience with coloring, color-by-number, casual, puzzle, creativity, art, or similar mobile products is a plus.
  • Experience with Flutter-based products is advantageous.
  • Experience with content-heavy products, live events, or environments involving frequent product experimentation is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of retention, engagement, and monetization mechanics is a plus.
  • Familiarity with advertising, subscriptions, or in-app purchases is beneficial.
  • A technical background or previous software development experience is advantageous.
  • Practical experience with RICE or similar prioritization frameworks is a plus.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Choice between remote and office-based work options.
  • Opportunities for career growth and professional development.
  • Opportunity to work with a talented and passionate team in a creative and dynamic environment.
  • Inclusive culture that values diversity and creativity.
  • Opportunity to take significant ownership of mobile product features from discovery through iteration.
