Nutrition that Works, LLC is seeking a dedicated Consultant Dietitian to join our team! We have an exciting opportunity at a long-term care facility in Ripley, TN for 6 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
-Conduct clinical nutrition assessments
-Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR
-Complete MDS assessments
-Calculate tube feeding regimens
-Provide nutrition recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes

Qualifications:
-CDR-credentialed Registered Dietitian
-Tennessee dietetic licensure
-Strong communication and client-centered approach
-Positive, professional attitude
