• Represent clients in court proceedings, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated.

• Collaborate closely with the managing attorney to develop case strategies and legal arguments.

• Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings, complex motions, and briefs, with precision and clarity.

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and stay informed on relevant legal precedents.

• Engage in discovery processes, including depositions and interrogatories, to gather critical case information.

• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.

• Maintain open and proactive communication with clients, keeping them informed and involved in their cases' progress and developments.

• Be motivated and involved in all aspects of our boutique practice.

• Experience in litigation, with 3 + years of practice in a legal setting, preferably in personal injury.

• Ability to represent clients effectively in court, advocating for their best interests.

• Proven track record of collaborating with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.

• Strong skills in drafting, reviewing, and filing legal documents including complex motions with precision.

• Proficiency in conducting thorough legal research to support case preparation.
