Home is where the heart is, and it’s where most of us feel safest and happiest. At Happy to Help Caregiving, our mission is simple: to help your loved ones stay safe, comfortable, and independent right where they belong.
We know that inviting someone into your home takes immense trust. That’s why we focus on building genuine, lasting connections. From personal care and companionship to respite and veteran services, our care team shows up every day with warmth, patience, and true professionalism. We’re here to give your family complete peace of mind—and to bring a little extra light and support into your daily life.
Schedule: Flexible Shifts (Mornings, Evenings, Weekends, & Overnights)
Location: One-on-one care in local private homes (Salt Lake, Davis & Weber Counties)
Job Type: Part-time with a fast-track opportunity to build into full-time as hours expand
What Your Days Will Look LikeAs a caregiver, you'll work one-on-one with seniors, veterans, and individuals with disabilities, helping them stay safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they love most: home.
Depending on your client's individual needs, your daily routine will include:
- Personal Care & Hygiene: Assisting with gentle bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene with dignity and respect.
- Companionship: Sharing warm conversations, playing games, or simply providing a comforting, friendly presence.
- Mobility Support: Helping clients move safely around their homes, transfer from chairs or beds, and use mobility aids.
- Everyday Support: Preparing fresh, balanced meals, helping with light housekeeping, washing dishes, and handling laundry.
- Outings & Transportation: Driving clients to doctor appointments, running errands, or enjoying local outings together.
- Medication Prompts: Giving gentle reminders so clients take their pre-portioned medications on time.
We hire for heart, character, and reliability above all else. Prior caregiving experience or CNA training is wonderful, but it is not required—we are happy to train the right person!
- Basic Requirements: High school diploma (or GED), valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance.
- Screening: Ability to pass a standard background check and complete a routine TB test.
- Personal Traits: Dependable, patient, warm-hearted, punctual, and respectful of client privacy and home environments.
- Growth Potential: Start with a schedule that fits your current life, with clear opportunities to build up to full-time hours.
- Flexible Schedules: We work with your availability to match you with clients and shifts that fit your routine.
- Ongoing Support: Responsive office leadership that listens to you and supports you on every shift.
- Added Perks: Mileage reimbursement for client travel, referral bonuses, paid interval travel time, and provided safety equipment/PPE.
Taking care of others is noble, rewarding work—and you shouldn't have to do it without a team that backs you up.
